Geraldine Aron, Principal, is responsible for maintaining the overall scientific integrity and oversight of all Paleo Solutions projects. She has six years experience working in the Paleontological and Cultural Resource Management field. Her expertise is in Geology and she has a B.S. and M.S. (June 2007) in the Geological Sciences from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Geraldine has taught geology and paleontology courses. Her field projects, both geological and paleontological, include areas in Utah, central Nevada, southern, central, and northern California counties. After being hired by RMW Paleo Associates in the Fall of 1999, Geraldine worked as Co-Field Direct/Project Manager with Scott Armstrong. Her career also included an appointment as a staff paleontologist at the San Diego Natural History Museum. Where she gained valuable experience both in the field and in specimen preparation. Geraldine is certified by the California Energy Commission (CEC) to conduct paleontological monitoring and teach environmental awareness program.
